Monster from the Ocean Floor (1954) is a science fiction film about a sea monster that terrorizes Mexico. The film was directed by Wyott Ordung and starred Anne Kimbell and Stuart Wade. Wade also starred in other low-budget films during the decade including Tarantula (1955), and Teenage Monster (1958). Producer Roger Corman also appeared in a cameo in the film. It was the second film that Corman produced.

Julie Blair (Kimbell) is an American vacationing in Mexico. She sees a giant amoeba rising from the ocean, but the authorities do not believe. However, she is determined to destroy the monster and joins forces with Dr. Baldwin (Dick Pinner), a marine biologist to destroy the giant creature.
