[edit] Plot

Adam and Harley, two friends who pick up a female hitchhiker named Sarah, who then are harassed by a giant monster truck driven by a deformed man known by his friends as the Monster Man. To his closest friends they call him Bob. When they pick up Sarah, Adam and Harley argue about who Sarah likes more. Sarah says that they were acting like children because they were fighting over whether she likes them or not. Harley falls asleep and Sarah writes A-Hole on his forehead. They then go to a bar and watch television and some people see a-hole written on Harley's forehead and he says "Hey what are you looking at A-Hole?" After being chased by Monster Man and having the car squashed, Adam, Harley, and Sarah run into the woods and Monster Man follows them. He then kills Harley by banging his head against a tree and then he kidnaps Sarah. It turns out Sarah is working for Bob the Monster Man. It's funny how things work out. Anyway after finding the monster truck and Monster Man. Adam finds himself inside his home while rescuing Sarah. It is then revealed that Sarah and the monster man are satanists (the pentagrams can be seen on the walls) and are trying to bring back their brother Fred. Brother Fred says that Brother Bob was out driving his truck and he accidentally ran over Brother Fred. Sarah then says that Brother Fred was deader than Robert E. Lee and stitched up Brother Fred. He then describes that they had tried to transfer bodies with different people and that it would be a success if the body was prepared right first. Sarah says that they needed someone easy to prepare and Adam was the right person. Everything that happened to Adam and Harley before was preparing Adam so Brother Fred could have his body, the eyeball in the chili, the dead animal in the bed and Sarah having sex with Adam all happened to prepare his body for Brother Fred. Adam manages to escape and kills Sarah in the process. It is then revealed that Harley is alive and has stolen the monster truck. Harley and Adam take the monster truck parked outside and run over Brother Bob several time and then they drive off. The scene turns Back to Brother Bob and he screams, "You cannot kill me, wussies!"

[edit] Trivia

  • A Betty Boop cartoon can be seen in the background when Adam finds Brother Fred.
  • When the hearse drives beside Adam and Harley it sounds like monster man's truck.
  • When Adam's car is smashed with Harley and the dead body inside the corpse is up squashing him and Harley screams, I'M A CORPSE BURRITO DUDE!
  • The monster truck used in this film was designed and built for $2500. The "sheet metal" covering the outside of the truck was actually wood spray painted to look like very old and rusted sheet metal. The truck only had a maximum speed of roughly 30 mph (48 km/h) so footage of the truck chasing after the car was sped up to make it appear as though it was capable of very high speeds. The truck could only be used for 20 - 30 minutes at a time before it would over heat and production would be shut down. It also ran on rocket fuel, which reported cost the producers $300 per gallon. There was no steering wheel, the driver was standing inside the truck using levers to control the speed and direction.
  • A short while after Harley shows up driving the Monster Truck, two unexplained blood spots appear on Adam's shoulder.
  • When Sarah cuts Adam's t-shirt, he is wearing a black t-shirt under the green one. But when Sarah and Adam made love, there was no black t-shirt under the green one.
  • When Adam just gets to "Monster Man's" house, he is hiding behind one of the monster truck's wheels. The rim has a black recess in it, where it would be hollow, however you can see his reflection. These rims are obviously cardboard.
  • When the monster truck rams the back of Adam's car the shot immediately after shows no damage at all to the back of the car. This happens in several scenes throughout the film until the car is eventually destroyed.
