[edit] Fictional character biography
As the result of a curse, Monster Girl has the power to transform into a large, powerful monster; however, every time she does this (and then reverts to human form) she is physically younger than before. At the time the Invincible stories are set, she is mentally 29 and physically 12. On the other hand, every time she changes from human to monster form, her monster self is larger and stronger than before. She is a member of the new Guardians of the Globe. Monster Girl is known to be attracted to her teammate Bulletproof.
She is currently spending time with her teammate Robot, who has put his consciousness into a pre-teenage clone of Rex Splode. He has indicated that he is using his intelligence to devise a cure for her reversed aging, but has produced nothing yet. For a time she wore a costume originally worn by Black Samson that gave her superhuman strength without requiring her to assume her monster form. It was destroyed when the Guardians of the Globe joined an army of other superheroes battling the cosmic villain Omnipotus.
