Monkseaton Metro station is a station on the Yellow line of the Tyne and Wear Metro network, in Monkseaton, North Tyneside, England. The station opened in 1915 to replace the former Whitley Junction station which was situated in what is now Souter Park.

The station features two stained glass artworks, incorporated into the original ststion canopies. The two works Beach and Shipyards were created by artist Mike Davies. Beach was was designed by schoolgirl Rosalind Hurst.[1]
