Monkombu

Monkombu is a village in Kerala, India, in the Alappuzha district. Monkombu was one of the chief hubs of paddy cultivation in Kerala during the early 20th century. Dr. M. S. Swaminathan, renowned agriculturalist, hails from Monkombu.
