[edit] History
Monkey, Don’t! is the sole work of Mark Robson, a London resident who is originally from the Hampshire suburban seaside. While on tour Monkey, Don't! are joined by members of Service Station.
The group were discovered after sending a demo to Musical Milk head honcho Anthony Peters and were signed to Manna Records. The band achieved critical acclaim with their Gubbins which went straight into the UK Top 40 album chart.
The band's most extensive UK tour started in July 2007, beginning with a date in London's Electro Acoustic Club.
Much of 2007 was spent in the recording studio, as the band worked hard on their follow up to Gubbins. An electro acoustic performance in London gave glimpses of many songs which Mark confirmed will accompany the group's next album.
