Monique Powell

Monique Powell (born August 20, 1975) is a California-based vocalist.

She was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Garden Grove, California. She attended California State University, Fullerton. She was the lead singer of the ska band Save Ferris, from 1995 until they broke up in 2002. She is currently working on her solo career and her clothing line, Msquared Clothing. Monique Powell has also performed with artists such as Mest, Reel Big Fish, Hilary Duff, and also sings the female vocals on The Used's new album Lies for the Liars. She appeared in the movie 10 Things I Hate About You.

Continuing her work with The Used's Bert McCracken and ska standbys Goldfinger, Monique appears on the track "Handjobs for Jesus" on Hello Destiny.
