Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a private university in Basque Country. Its main campus lies at Mondragon, a big village located at gipuzkoa. The university was officially established and recognized at 1997. Since then, it has grown considerably, and it currently celebrates it's 10th anniversary.

The institution was established as Escuela Politécnica Superior by Father Jose Mª Arizmendiarrieta, in the year 1943. The University was created by the association of three educational cooperatives, with the guarantee of an extensive career and experience in the world of education, these were Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa “Jose Mª Arizmendiarrieta” S.Coop., ETEO S.Coop. and Irakasle Eskola S.Coop., which nowadays constitute the University’s three Faculties:

--Faculty of Humanities and Education
