Monday Night Mayhem is a 2002 television film about the origin of ABC's television series Monday Night Football. It debuted on the U.S. cable TV network TNT.

Legendary sportscaster Howard Cosell is portrayed by John Turturro. The film also stars Eli Wallach, John Heard, Nick Turturro and Jay Thomas. Co-Hosts Don Meredith and Frank Gifford are played respectively by Brad Beyer and Kevin Anderson.
