Moncton, New Brunswick (parish)

Moncton is a parish in southeastern New Brunswick, Canada in Westmorland County. The parish encircles the northern half of the City of Moncton with the southwest part of the parish touching the Petitcodiac River. It is the most populous parish in the province.

It's defined in the Territorial Division Act as: East by Shediac Parish; north by the County line, west by that part of the east line of the grant to Martin Gay and associates, which lies north of Petitcodiac River; and the northerly prolongation thereof, to the County line; southerly by the Petitcodiac River and Dorchester Parish.

According to the Canada 2006 Census:
