Monard railway station is a proposed railway station between Cork City and Blarney on the Cork Suburban Rail line in Metropolitan Cork, Republic of Ireland. The station does not yet exist. While the Glounthaune to Midleton Railway will see commuter services on the Blarney corridor commencing in 2009, the station at Monard is not expected to open until 2012 in conjunction with the planned new settlement of Monard. The station will be built at the existing Rathpeacon siding on the Dublin-Cork mainline.
