Low resolution?	Logo was selected in order to maintain the quality intended, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
Purpose of use	The image is used for the Gatineau Hot Air Balloon Festival article in order to help user to identify various information and to ensure that they are reading the correct article.
Replaceable?	Yes despite being a logo, because there may be the possibility of finding an image with the Loto-Quebec mention.
