Momofuku is an album released in 2008 by Elvis Costello and his band, the Imposters. The album also features collaborations with Rilo Kiley frontwoman Jenny Lewis. The album title refers to Ando Momofuku, the inventor of instant ramen noodle, and the speed at which the album was conceived and created.[1] It was first released on vinyl, and then on CD and as a digital download.
