Moksha Yoga is style of yoga practiced in a heated room (about 100 fahrenheit plus humidity). This set series of about 40 postures is for yogi all levels and abilities.
Started in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the founders of Moksha Yoga are Ted Grand and Jessica Robertson.
There are 13 Moksha Yoga studios open and operating throughout Canada and North America (as well as Trinidad), as well as roughly the same number of studios in the process of opening up. It is a fast growing style of yoga in Canada.
