Mojstrana is a village in the municipality of Kranjska Gora in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia located in the Upper Sava Valley at the point where the Bistrica stream joins the river Sava under the main Jesenice - Kranjska Gora road at an altitude of 641 m. The glacial Vrata valley leads from Mojstrana towards the south west past Peričnik waterfall to the north face of Mount Triglav. The road to a further three valleys: Radovna, Krma and Kot also begins in Mojstrana.

The development of the steelement is connected to ironworks and iron ore in the area as well as a cement works that ceased to operate after the First World War. Its inhabitants today are mostly either farmers or work in the local metal, wood or textile workshops as well as in the nearby town of Jesenice. Tourism is also important as Mojstrana is the starting point for many routes in the Julian Alps and the Karavanke. There is also a small ski slope next to the village.

The 17th century church of St. Clement, the small Triglav museum, a giant walnut tree with a 470 cm circumference in the centre of the village, the Šmerc and Ambrož houses as well as the Vrata valley with the remains of an aquaduct for the cement works, the Peričnik waterfall, and the north face of Triglav are all worth a visit.

Mojstrana has 1211 inhabitants according to the 2002 census.
