Mojo Records

Mojo Records is a record label that was part of Universal Records. It is based in Santa Monica, California. It was founded in 1995 by Jay Rifkin, a well known producer and composer. It became a joint venture with Universal in 1996, and was sold to Zomba/BMG in [2001]].[1]
Some bands that were once part of the now defunct Mojo Records include: Ska bands; Reel Big Fish, Goldfinger, and The Pilfers, Alternative rock bands; Weston, Cherry Poppin' Daddies and the Ernies as well as Heavy Metal/Hardcore punk band; Factory 81.
