[edit] Moist Heat Therapy
Moist heat therapy provides natural pain relief that has been around for a number of years. Many people would spend time taking a hot bath, a hot shower, wrapping a hot towel around a strained or painful muscle and using electric heating pads for relief. Recently, the application of moist heat therapy at home was inconvenient and in cases, could be dangerous.
Because of this recent technology, only doctors, doctors offices, physical therapists, and a few small healthcare firms offer products to assist in natural pain relief through moist heat therapy.
