Moisés Alberto Muñoz Rodriguez (born February 1, 1980 in Morelia, Michoacan) In 1999, he made his professional debut as a goalkeeper for the Mexican soccer club Monarcas Morelia, and since then they've kept him a their main goalkeeper. He was born 1980 February 1. His first international cap was in a friendly game against opposing team Ecuador(October 27, 2004). Unfortunately due to past injuries, Muñoz ended up not being transferred into the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol Asociación for third-choice goalkeeper at the 2006 World Cup by coach Ricardo LaVolpe, and since then Muñoz has had an indesignant decline from being one of the top category goalkeeper's (for the Mexican National Footbal Team), to a basic professional player.

Muñoz is known for his speedy ability to save loose & wild balls on the field through varying techniques of save-dives and kicks. Mainly because of his youth, ability, and energetic process of being on his current position, Muñoz was selected to represent Mexico as an alternative for such goalkeeper's like Oscar Perez, Oswaldo Sanchez, Guillermo Ochoa, to name a few. He was given two chances (2002 & 2006) to relocate, and relinquish past problems, and to be given an avast (other choices were neglected for his position to be fulfilled) position on the Mexican FIFA World Cup 2010 team, but due to the lack of his up-leveled stability of playing his position, he was dropped from next year's national team.
