Removed news item: "In recent years, Mohawk's school system has come under fire amid rumors of rape and corruption. In August of 2006, one Lauren Long, an English teacher in the high school was arrested and charged with, among other charges, rape. The Official Story" While this item might be factually true, it does not prove that the entire school system is corrupt, nor is it of any historical significance. [edit] Fleming?

Why have I lived in this village for 20 years and never heard of this person? And, furthermore, how is he classified as an African liberator? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.121.253.66 (talk) 10:25, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Upon further review, I have removed this entry, finding no record of him being born in Mohawk and no record of him ever liberating a repressed African people. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.121.253.66 (talk) 10:31, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
