The sentence: "For purposes of clarification, they are the same person.":

• Is not backed up by a citation.
• Does not explain the age mismatch.
• Risks being regarded as a violation of the no original research policy, in particular, the clause proscribing "novel synthesis". No authoritative reliable source has tied Mohammed Ismail to Muhammed Ismail Agha -- so we can't assert it as a fact.
