This page needs some serious tidying up - the English is a very low standard.
[edit] Cleaning up
I removed the line "Dahlan ignores the fact that when the PLO and Hamas use civilian facilities for the storage of arms and ammunitions or use same for intellegence and/or planning operations, those facilities and any civillians in it are then legal, legitimate targets under the Geneva Convention" which featured after Dahlan's opinion on targeting civilians.
Well, the article does not cite enough sources and for instance claims that Dahlan was involved in 'terrorism' against Israel in the 80s without really presenting any proof for his involvement in anything other than belonging to a political organization that Israel didn't like.
