LAst few sentences look like POV i dont nothing about this tribe so I cant clean it up. Maybe someone can? ? --Aranda56 21:31, 18 September 2005 (UTC)

There is a very common misconception that the Charsadda Hashtnagar Muhammadzais are related to the Barakzai ruling family of Afghanistan. Please note that the Barakzai-Muhammadzais are a branch of the Durrani clan, whereas the Hashtnagar Muhammadzais are NOT related to the Durranis. Therefore the sons of Behram Khan (Dr. Khan Sahib & Bacha Khan) donot have Barkzai-Muhammadzai lineage.

The correct lineage can be found in "The Pathans" by Sir Olaf Caroe. When i return to Islamabad i can provide the correct reference.

I agree with the above comment. As such, Khan Ghaffar Khan is also not related to the Mohammadzai clan discussed in this article. --Anoshiravan39 (talk) 09:02, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
