I expanded the piece, and there's more to come. Previously this article was merely a mention that Mahjoub was being held on a security certificate on some sort of suspicion re al-Jihad. It made no mention of why the certificate was warranted. There are various interesting reasons. :D

- It looks good, I removed the long prose, though if it's a Federal court decision we could host the entire work on Wikisource and link to it for interested readers.
