(in response to page being listed for deletion)If you don't know where to find VIN numbers, I suggest you check some of the helpful REFERENCES I have included in the article. That's what they are there for. Removing the template, please stop adding it unless you have a specific problem you would like addressed. (Also, please consider using Google, it can be quite helpful) Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 07:17, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for referencing [1] after I most recently added the template; it alone contains the VIN. Melchoir 07:27, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Page name
That's the most bizarre name for a serious article I've ever seen. Can't it be called 'Mohammed Atta's car' or something like that? --Malthusian (talk) 16:23, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

- I agree, and I'm the one who named it, I can't imagine what it should be named instead. Unfortunately it was not Atta's only car, especially since he only rented it for a few days. Atta actually owned a red 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix and a tan Oldsmobile, but didn't use them leading up to the attack. (Somebody else was seen driving his Pontiac on September 15th, oddly) - nor is this the only car he rented, there was also a Ford Explorer, a white Mitsubishi that Marwan later drove to Logan Airport, and others. So I've got no problem with changing the name, but it needs to be more specific than "Mohammed Atta's Car", and "Nissan found at Logan Airport after the September 11th attacks" is possibly even more awkward. - 'Mohammed Atta's Nissan'? --Malthusian (talk) 21:55, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

- Maybe we'll be able to find a better naming system once I'm done the list I'm compiling at User:Sherurcij/cars for now, it's a great list if you felt like contributing ;) Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 01:11, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

It's a bizarre article, not just the name! Does anyone really care that there were three floor mats in Atta's rental car? Or, shock horror, a cigarette butt! If I wasn't so lazy I'd nominate for deletionTicklemygrits 02:59, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] VISA Card Number
I do see the source says that the credit card number was 40011 8008 4050 7778. VISA cards, however, don't have 17 digits. Let's either include the correct number or just the last four digits. I just don't feel right making this edit without any discussion.
I've decided to be bold and correct it. If you don't like it, it can be discussed later. WODUP 23:04, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
