Mohsen Fakhrizadeh-Mahabadi (born circa 1961) is an Iranian officer in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and a lecturer in physics at the Imam Hussein University, Tehran. The International Atomic Energy Agency has named him as being the man in charge of Iran's nuclear programme, Project 111, which is believed to be attempting to create a nuclear bomb for Iran, though there is controversy as to whether Iran is actually trying to create a nuclear weapon or not.
