Mohsen El Anany (born 21 May 1985 in Tunis, Tunisia) is an Egyptian hammer thrower.

He started as a runner and was chosen for the throw events by the Egyptian coach Emad Fayez, following that El Anany was recruited by former African shot put champion Nagui Asaad[1], who was setting up a throwing school that also included discus thrower Omar Ahmed El Ghazaly and shot putter Yasser Fathy Ibrahim Farag.[2]

His personal best throw is 75.31 metres, achieved in July 2005 in Cairo. This is the current national record.[3]
