Mohan Magan Patel (born November 11, 1952 in Auckland) is a former field hockey player from New Zealand, who was a member of the national team that won the golden medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.

Patel first played for The Kiwis at the 1975 World Hockey Cup, in Kuala Lumpur. Though he competed in just one Olympic Games, in 1976, Patel continued representing New Zealand until 1982. He has since maintained his links with hockey: he is on the board of Auckland Hockey and plays at club and masters level, as well as being involved in club administration.
