Mohammad Sadli

Mohammad Sadli: (June 10, 1922 – January 8, 2008) was an Indonesian politician and economist.
Mohammad Sadli was born in Sumedang, West Java on June 10, 1922. Many years later, Sadli graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University in the United States. Finally, he returned to Indonesia and began to work as professor at the University of Indonesia.
Also, he worked at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry ,was an important man in the New Order government. He was later named mining minister in the Second Development Cabinet when Soeharto was president.
On January 8, 2008, Mohammad Sadli died at his residence in South Jakarta.[1]
