Mogar is a character from the hit Cartoon Network television series "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy". He is actually Harold, Billy's father, dressed as a rockstar.

Mogar made his first appearance in the "Battle of the Bands" episode, when he enters the Battle of the Bands contest with Billy. He ends up destroying the entire contest hall when he thinks he can fly, but can't. Mogar drops to the floor, and the vibration when he drops ends up making the contest hall fall to pieces.

Players can choose to play as Mogar in the Grim Adventures videogame. His introductory line when a fight starts is "When I'm 'a rockin', your head's gonna get a knockin'!" He has rather good defense because of his pudgy belly, and can deal out vicious attacks using his guitar.
