Moeneeb Josephs (born May 19, 1980 in Cape Town, Western Cape) is a football (soccer) goalkeeper who is currently the number one and captain at the South Africann club Bidvest Wits. Josephs is a highly-rated goalkeeper in South Africa. Josephs has played at international level for South Africa.
His ability to kick with both feet, play as a sweeper and distribute the ball comfortably are some of his traits.
He joined Ajax CT in 1999 from the smaller Cape Town club Cape Town Spurs. Josephs signed for Bidvest Wits in 2006.
He was South Africa's number one goalkeeper at the 2008 African Cup of Nations.
