This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Gran2) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of a promotional card, that is intended for mass distribution;
It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way;
The image works for identification of the episode, and aids commentary on the plot outline, it works for identification of the guest stars Tom Wolfe, Gore Vidal, Jonathan Franzen and Michael Chabon.
