Modern Minds and Pastimes is the second album of The Click Five. It was released on June 26, 2007. It contains the singles "Jenny", "Happy Birthday", "Empty" and "Flipside". The album peaked at #134 in the US Billboard album chart and was well-received in Southeast Asia.

Modern Minds and Pastimes was the first album without former member Eric Dill. The new lead singer is Kyle Patrick.
