It does not "violate" anything. All Music Guide lists Modern Creative as a sub-genre of free jazz, so no "POV" has been inserted. The terms Modern Creative and Early Creative are often used in reference to certain free jazz musicians. All Music Guide is the largest and most respected database out there concerning music, and it staffs only professionals. If you have a problem with the term, I suggest you take it up with them.
