Mocky

Mocky is a pop music performer (born Dominic Salole) in Saskatchewan on October 7, 1974 who later moved to Ottawa and then Toronto, Canada. He later moved to Berlin, Germany. His father is of Somali descent but born in present-day Yemen, his mother is from England.
Mocky is known for a sense of humour in his music and combining elements of hip-hop, and experimental sounds into memorable tunes. His song "Sweet Music" from his first album quickly became an underground hit especially in Europe. He has released three albums under his own name. He has also been a member of the groups The Puppetmastaz, The Shit, Son,The D.O.M, The Freeway Band, and The Roustabouts.
Mocky is also known for his close musical associations and collaborations with Peaches, Feist and Gonzales, Taylor Savvy, Kevin Blechdom and Jamie Lidell.
Mocky cowrote and co produced on Jamie Lidell's 2005 album Multiply, and Feist's album The Reminder. Mocky co-wrote and co-produced 2008's "JIM" by Jamie Lidell
