This Agreement is entered into in the British Virgin Islands. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of The British Virgin Islands and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of The British Virgin Islands. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
