I removed both as they do not establish notability. See WP:Note for guidelines on establishing such. However, this article should be redirected to notary as "mobile notary" is just an adjective to describe the notary. The only difference between a notary and a mobile notary is that the notary is...uh... mobile. Hard to believe that a complete article could be made from the term without content overlapping the notary article. I originally changed the article to redirect but is was changed back so I'm waiting to see someone expand on the article for other reasons than adding a one or two line edit with external links to advertise their site. --I already forgot 18:34, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
