[edit] A number of changes

I have added more information about the mission, and composition of an MPAD, along with the textbox. I will be uploading an image soon. This is my first article to contribute to, and if anyone has any pointers, they would be appreciated. If anyone has information on the MPADs of the National Guard, please contribute.
