MOBILIS® is a mobile computing case and bag manufacturing company, headquartered in Annecy, France. The company has two segments of business; custom made cases and a variety of standard computer bags. Their custom products are designed mainly to increase durability and toughness of Mobile devices and they base their claims on test performed within the IK Norm or IK Code which is also known as EN 50102.

Founded in 1992 by Gérald TRUFFIER-BLANC and François PICOT, Mobilis first started as a two man operation and has grown steadily since. With subsidiaries in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Madrid and New York Mobilis is turning itself into a real world wide company.

Mobilis flagship line of products is the custom made range called Protectis. An always on case that challenges Rugged computers in terms of drop specs. Reportedly capable of withstanding 50 drops to concrete from 3.3 feet high, an IK 10 rating. (Reference of Independent Laboratory certificate to be added)

They also carry a range of products that inlcude backpacks, briefcases and rollerbags called NOMADD-ON®. Within the NOMADD-ON® range they have the Bump™ products with the patented Dynamic Spring System™.
