Mobile pedestal
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A mobile pedestal is a small item of office furniture, commonly made from steel, although sometimes wood or laminate. It is a small cabinet, approximately 2 feet in each dimension, on castors so that it can be easily rolled on the floor to wherever it is needed. It typically contains two or three drawers, and looks a little like a small filing cabinet. There may be one larger drawer for filing (like a filing cabinet drawer) plus two shallow drawers for placing miscellaneous small items; or alternatively there may be three slightly less shallow drawers, with no filing drawer.
