MOB boat

MOB boat is a small, fast rescueboat, that large vessels, especially passengerferries and cruiseships use for Man overboard situations. A MOB boat often has RIB hull or a similar hull to achieve great speed with stability. Both outboard engines and inboard with waterjet is used on MOB boats. A MOB boat is required to be able to be launched and retrieved quickly, and is usually lowered with one wire.
