Moambe is a dish from the Republic of Congo. It's made of eight ingredients (moambe is the Lingala word for eight):
The palm nuts are boiled and then pounded. The pulp is mixed with water, sieved and boiled again. The chicken and fish is slowly stewed in palm oil.
