Moacşa or Maksa (Romanian: Moacşa; Hungarian: Maksa) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 2 villages:
- Moacşa/Maksa
- Pădureni/Sepsibesenyő

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 2,306 of which 98.01% or 2,260 are Hungarian.
