MOAP

MOAP (Mobile Oriented Application Platform) is NTT DoCoMo's platform for its mobile phones. MOAP has two versions.

MOAP(S) is supported by Symbian OS based phone a number of manufacturers (Fujitsu, Sony Ericsson Japan, Mitsubishi and Sharp amongst others). Unlike Series 60 and UIQ, other platforms based on Symbian, MOAP(S) is not an open development platform.

MOAP(L) is supported by Linux operating system based phone (Panasonic and NEC). MOAP(L) also not an open development platform.
