Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Hugo de Garis. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. [edit] Please don't abuse deletion nominations
Your nomination of The Hedonistic Imperative was unwarranted. A poorly written or cited article is not grounds for deletion. It is grounds for clean-up. Please remove the template from the article. It is a notable subject and the information in there, while it may not be encyclopedic (because it hasn't had the benefit of any really good editors) it is ceratinly not nonsense. - In general it's better not to judge the notability of articles in subjects you have little knowledge of, as you seem to have done with Anders Sandberg as well (as I noted in a comment on the nomination to delete, Sandberg is notable because of his position in the transhumanist movement, not because of his academic publications). I'd wager that most people with a significant level of interest in transhumanism would be familiar with both The Hedonistic Imperative and Anders Sandberg, both are mentioned in several published books about transhumanism (see Google book search results for "Hedonistic Imperative" +"David Pearce").
