MLP AG (formerly Marschollek, Lautenschläger und Partner AG) (FWB: MLPG) is a German corporation providing financial services, especially personal financial planning advisory.
MLP focuses on providing financial services consulting in the fields of pension provision, asset management and risk management to an upscale group of university graduates and wealthy clients.

The MLP Group comprises a financial services and brokerage business (MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG), a bank with an asset management department (MLP Bank AG), a life insurance company (MLP Lebensversicherungen AG) and a non-life insurance provider (MLP Versicherungen AG).
MLP has around 660,000 clients, served by about 2,560 independent consultants and 1,520 other employees as of 2005.
