MLO (band)

MLO (also known as Music of Life Orchestra) was a band comprised of British musician Jon Tye (of 2 Player, Alternative 3, Echo Park) and Australian, Peter Smith (of F Troop, Rising High Collective). The pair have also recorded together under the name Smith/Tye. MLO's music contains elements of ambient, techno and trance.
They formed in the mid-1990s and their relatively short lifespan culminated in the triple album, Plastic Apple, the first disc of which is mixed by DJ Food.
