This radio station logo is used in article Edward S. Marcus High School and is claimed as fair use: 1) to describe the subject in question; 2) to provide biographical/descriptive/encyclopedic information about the subject; 3) in a low-resolution manner that does not prevent the trademark/copyright holder from fully exercising their rights in the mark.
