Mlinci (pasta tatters) is a dish in Slovenian and Croatian cuisine. It's like a very thin dried bread (thin dough) which is easy to prepare - just pour over boiled water with a bit of salt. Before served, it can also be shortly fried with turkey/duck/goose sauce from baking (according to taste).
