Hi. I've removed the speedy header from the article, along with the hangon template. Please look over the other articles that link from Pasco County, Florida for structure and style. I've added a POV template (you'll need to back up what you said about drug dealers and the rich & poor side of the place). Please look over the links in the welcome template I've included above.
