Magnificent job on [Chili con Carne]! Thanks for your wonderful contribution! Ben 16:07, 10 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Hi! If you're going to write about the 1099 Battle of Ascalon, you might want to either make "Battle of Ascalon" a disambiguation page, or write about the 1153 siege in the same article (that would be my choice, it's probably not worth two separate articles, since they are connected anyway). I'd be willing to write some info about the 1153 siege if you want. Adam Bishop 03:55, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Hello again, I was going to ask if you had any comments about the First Crusade article, which we are trying to turn into a "featured article," and whether you wanted to write a bit about the Battle of Ascalon, but I see you are probably not around at the moment...well if you happen to read this anytime soon, any help would be welcome! Someone on the What's My Line? talk page said that the episode in question (the one with Jimmy Carter) aired on December 13, 1973. Mike H 19:17, Jul 27, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Pope Benedict

I would do your task regarding the "Germanism of Pope Benedict". But the article is protected. Please stop the protection so I can contribute to this article. I´m not registered at wikipedia and give me the website where the text about Pope Benedict and World War 2 is. 84.146.244.122 15:19, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Library expansion

{{expansion}} isn't just for stub - I think it's pretty much what you want, a request for people with knowledge about the subject to add material. I added it because it was listed on Wikipedia:Requests for page expansion (if it is there, it needs {{expansion}}). ··gracefool | 06:24, 10 Aug 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Islamic influence on Venetian governmental structure?

Your edit at Venice on 15:17, 10 August 2004
"...The Venetian governmental structure was a mix of Byzantine and Islamic systems..."

Venice had remarkable political and economic relations to islamic countries, but I never heard of Islamic influence on its governmental structure; do you have additional information on this? --Marek Moehling 00:37, 31 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Henry VIII

Hi, I've just seen your edit to Henry VIII of England. I'm not convinced deleting titles from References is a good idea – surely theres a difference between References and Further Reading? Anyway, I've commented on the talk page - take a look? Cheers JackyR 22:26, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fiction writing

What happened to the erotic fiction writing that you have done? I remember seeing it a number of years ago, but your website no longer contains links to it. Avruch 21:26, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

My website is a lot broader than it used to be and my writing activities aren't germane to any of my other online activities. . . .
I still would be interested to know where it could be located. Avruchtalk 02:19, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Mixup

I think your most recent edit [2] makes it look as though your signature is attached to someone else's comment (which you were disagreeing with). The Wednesday Island 21:22, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits on Ark of the Covenant

Did you know they are all showing as 'm' minor edits? Have you got your preferences set so that is ticked by default? I did for a while and changed it.--Doug Weller (talk) 20:56, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
